  1. We wish you a welcome, a pleasant stay and unforgettable moments during your stay in Villa Lastva.
  2. In order to register your stay, upon arrival at Villa Lastva, guests should show personal documents for all persons (passports or identity documents) and / or voucher if the arrival is through an agency. This data will not be used for other purposes. A guest who refuses to provide any type of valid identity document for a legally binding tourist application may be denied access to the facility, without the possibility of a refund of the amount of rent paid for it.
  3. Na dan odlaska, gosti smještajnu jedinicu trebaju napustiti do 10:00 sati i imaju pravo ulaska u vilu od 14:00. Ukoliko gost na dan dolaska u objekat stiže u nakon 20:00 sati, obavezan je unaprijed najaviti kasni dolazak.
  4. During the stay, guests (tenants) have at their disposal a contact person for all additional information and possible assistance. The contact person is at guests' service from 07:00 to 20:00. , except in emergencies when there is no time limit.
  5. Bed linen is changed once a week. Towels (except beach towels) are changed twice a week and this is included in the price. The guest can be left with a double set of towels for a period of seven days, which is adequate to change twice a week. Pool towels, slippers, bathrobes, sun loungers and parasols are provided.
  6. Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the building and the yard, and the owner is not responsible for their eventual disappearance. When leaving the building or the yard, guests must lock the doors, close the windows, shutters on the gardens and gates.
  7. Within the property there is a safe box where guests can keep their valuables but the safe box guests use at their own risk and the owner of the property is not responsible for the eventual disappearance of items from the safe box.
  8. At any time, the property of Villa Lastva can accommodate a maximum of 6 people or the number of people (if smaller) specified in the reservation and contract. The maximum number of people includes children, regardless of their age. If there are more people in the property than the maximum allowed number without the owner's permission, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract with the guests and order them to leave the facility immediately without the right to a refund for unused time. Guests in Villa Lastva can also receive their external guests, who do not stay overnight in the facility, but not over the number of 6 additional guests and who must not be found in the facility in the period from 00:00 to 07:00.
  9. It is possible to bring one pet (dog or cat) weighing up to 10 kg to the building and the yard. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.
  10. Weapons, flammable and explosive substances, substances with a strong or unpleasant odor, and any food preparation devices or other electrical appliances, or any dangerous items without the permission or prior approval of the property owner are not allowed in the property.
  11. Guests are obliged to protect the building from damage and treat the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house carefully. It is not allowed to move furniture from one room to another or to take out and move equipment and appliances from one room to another and / or outside the house. It is strictly forbidden to use indoor and outdoor furniture (except deck chairs) in wet or damp clothes, including wet bathing suits. The guest is obliged to take care of the furniture in the interior and exterior if he uses various oils or sunscreens due to the consequences of possible permanent damage to the furniture.
  12. Guests are obliged to use all equipment and appliances in the prescribed manner and it is considered that guests are familiar with the manner of their proper use. It is not allowed to change the settings on the devices and equipment, and in case you need help with handling, please contact the owner or a person authorized by him.
  13. Guests (tenants) do not have access to warehouses from the property owner. Guests (tenants) are denied access to: - technical room with electrical cabinets and high and low current equipment (below the stairs), - technical room of the pool (below the beach by the pool), - technical room with boiler and air conditioning equipment, - attic with technical air conditioning devices, - inspection openings in the ceilings in which is electricity and air conditioning equipment, whether those rooms are locked or not.. Any eventual access to these spaces is at the own risk of the guest (tenant) and without any responsibility of the property owner. Guests are strictly prohibited from self-management, adjustment and or any work and access to electrical, plumbing and air conditioning equipment, devices of any kind or any installations, and in case of such events they are responsible for the consequences (without liability of the property owner). Any attempt to enter the above areas (whether locked or not) is the cause of the immediate termination of the lease, confiscation of all funds paid, while guests will be liable for damages and / or missing items. Guests (tenants) are obliged to report any possible malfunction or non-functioning of the equipment immediately or within a reasonable time to the property owner.
  14. Photographs or videos on the property may not be used or sold for profit (commercial or marketing purposes) without the written permission of the property owner.
  15. Guests use the pool at their own risk. It is forbidden to use the pool if one adult who knows how to swim is not present at the pool at all times. It is forbidden to jump into the pool or any activity other than swimming. The owner of the property undertakes that the outdoor pool will be available to guests from the first day of check-in (check in) and in the period from 15.05. - 30.09. The property owner will ensure regular maintenance of the pool clean, with clean and proper bathing water. The pool has no water heating and the property owner cannot guarantee the water temperature in the pool as it depends on the weather conditions. Page 1 of 2 HOUSE RULES The owner of the pool does not guarantee that during the use of the pool there will be no possible malfunction of the pool equipment, which may cause its non-functionality, but it will provide service and repair within a reasonable and possible time.
  16. The use of a fixed telephone in the facility is limited to 30.00 EUR for a period of 7 days. Any phone consumption over this amount will be charged extra.
  17. Water, electricity and internet are included in the rental price of the property if used under normal conditions. Any possible use of water, electricity and internet outside normal conditions (charging large batteries or cars, connecting large consumers of electricity, spilling large amounts of water, etc.) may be charged extra by the property owner. The property owner is not responsible for any interruptions in the supply of water, electricity, telephone and internet services (usually short supply interruptions can rarely be expected) beyond the control of the property owner.
  18. Smoking is not allowed in the house but is allowed on the terraces and in the yard. In case of violation of this rule, the owner of the facility may charge additional costs for special cleaning.
  19. The owner of the property is not under any circumstances responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests or their guests during their stay (lease).
  20. During rain and / or other precipitation, as well as during the use of the pool, the floor surfaces may get wet and they may become slippery. The owner of the property is not responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests or their guests during their stay (lease) due to a fall due to slippery floors or the like.
  21. Window sills in some rooms can be low, as this is a building / property that was primarily built in the XIX century, so guests (tenants) are advised not to open these windows or if they open it they do so with due care and personal responsibility. (without the responsibility of the property owner).
  22. Guests (tenants) are obliged to take care of the safety of children during their stay in the property (without the responsibility of the property owner).
  23. Guests are obliged not to disturb public order and peace. It is forbidden to make noise, play loud music or in any way disturb public order and peace, or disturb the surrounding facilities and their occupants or passers-by with your behavior. It is forbidden to play music or make any other noise in the period from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 00:00 to 07:00.
  24. The use of a bio ethanol fireplace in the living room is not allowed without the permission of the owner.
  25. The use of barbecue is allowed only outside and only in the area directly in front of the kitchen / dining room. Guests are required to use the barbecue with due care so that there is no fire and at their own risk.
  26. It is strictly forbidden to open the well cover or climb the well, as well as to open any manholes.
  27. Guests are obliged to treat the plants in the yard and the terrace with care and not to destroy them.
  28. When leaving the property, guests must turn off the lights, electrical appliances, and turn off the taps. Special care should be taken not to leave air conditioners on unnecessarily while guests are not in the building, and not to use them with open windows and doors. It is forbidden to throw rubbish in toilets, sinks and other places that are not intended for that, which includes the yard and the immediate vicinity of the house.
  29. In case of storm with wind, heavy rain, hail, snow, etc., guests are required to close all windows, doors and shutters, fold parasols and protect outdoor furniture (especially pillows), to prevent damage to the building and things in it and in the yard . Shutters that are open in normal weather must be locked in a stationary position. In case of very high wind, the car gate will open and remain in the open position until the wind speed stops or decreases. This is a normal occurrence and serves the safety of people and vehicles in storm conditions. For this reason, all vehicles in the parking lot must be parked under the canopy (not outside it) in the part towards the gate. The owner of the property is not responsible in case of damage or theft of the vehicle, although the exit from the gate is under video surveillance.
  30. In case of any alarm in the building, guests (tenants) are obliged to leave the building for security reasons and immediately inform the owner of the property about the same event and by phone: - Civil Protection Operations Center at number 121, - police on number 122, - firefighters on number 123, - emergency medical assistance at number 124, which is applicable in the present case.
  31. The property cannot be used for any organisation of weddings and / or celebrations of any kind without the approval of the property owner. In case of consent of the property owner for the organisation of such events (celebrations), the property owner may request additional compensation for the use of the property.
  32. Any event that results in police intervention, complaints to a neighbour, organisation of celebrations, violation of house rules and / or these lease terms, or any violation of rules and regulations is considered sufficient reason for immediate termination of the contract, and the property owner may request immediate abandonment. by guests (tenants), damages and penalties, without refund of any payment.
  33. Evacuation plans and the location of fire extinguishers are available to guests in the building, and guests are required to familiarise themselves with them.
  34. Guests have the right to complain about inadequate service. The complaint book is located in the building and guests can enter their complaint in it. It is also possible to send a complaint to an email address or put it in the mailbox.
