AT HOME COMFORT WITH VILLA LASTVA
The area of the villa is 170m2, with a yard that extends to 470m2. It is located on the first line to the sea (5m).
Villa Lastva contains 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Each room has a sea view and the two rooms on the ground floor have their own gardens. Each room has its own bathroom, wardrobe and cable TV.
In addition to the bedrooms, it has a living room with a terrace and an unforgettable sea view, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a separate guest toilet, a laundry room, as well as a mobile barbecue in the yard.
Bathrooms include: soap, bath, shampoo, conditioner and body milk, vanity kit, bath tub, slippers and towels.
All rooms in the house are air conditioned.
What makes the house special, in addition to the modern interior and great location, is the yard with lots of Mediterranean vegetation, seating and sunbathing areas and an infinity pool measuring 3x12.5m. Sunbeds, parasols and pool towels are provided.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the villa and in the courtyard.
The villa has its own parking for 2 vehicles in the yard.
Pets are allowed, 1 dog or cat weighing up to 10 kg.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but it is allowed in the yard and on the terraces.
The villa is secured by video surveillance (only the outer boundaries of the property, not the interior of the house), fire protection (smoke detectors in each room) and burglar alarm system. Security systems are connected to the Security company, which, in the event of an alarm, immediately appears on the spot.
NIt is possible to dock by boat and tie it, right in front of the house.
Villa Lastva offers the possibility of renting bicycles, but also other benefits and activities during the stay for its guests in accordance with their needs and requirements.
